Reflection

Most of the students are very much agree in how important is for a teacher to look good and more to care about his/her teaching, treating his/her students with fairness and respect; and a teacher also has to know student`s names, showing interest about the lessons and the students. They are disagree in that a teacher lets them to mark their own tests and a teacher doesn`t use his/her time in the classroom to talk with the students if they need help. However the students are totally disagree if a teacher uses corporal punishment.

Learner motivation and interest.

                                            Aspect of Learner Motivation

1. How important do you think motivation is for success in language learning, compared to, for example, language aptitud?

I think that motivation is very important in language learning because a motivated learner is one who is willing or even eager to invest effort in learning activities and to progress.Learner motivation makes teaching and learning immeasurably easier, more pleasant and more productive.
When the students are motivated they increase their strategies and they increase the likelihood of success in learning activities. However language aptitud is something natural, in that way if a student is motivated she/he is going to develop a successful aptitud and that student is going to achieve a greater development.

2. How important is people's past success in language learning for their motivation to learn in the present and future?

Because people have more tools with the objectives that they have achieved in the past and those tools always helps people to struggle for objectives  helping people to keep a fighter spirit. If I could achieve a goal in the past , I can achieve a goal now in the present and in the future.

Learners have to be able to gamble a bit,to be willing to try out hunches about the language and take the risk of being wrong.

Methodology

What did I understand Today?

Methodology is commonly used interchangeable in method and pedagogy .
Methodology denotes of the system or range of methods used in learning  and method is a set of practices and procedures. The difference between method and pedagogy is that methodology is narrowly and more dogmatic and its applications with theorical insights.
Methodology is a system which comprises the practices and procedures which are applied to a specific part of knowledge.

How is this connected to my future?
Teachers need to have methods , procedures and practice. So without methodology I can`t teach.
Teachers of English as a second language need to know a few simple methods to overcome the language barrier with their students.

What are 3 concepts I would highlight
 from this lesson?

-Process
-Methods
-Learning Experiences

Second Language acquisition

Second Language acquisition is a natural and gradual process or artificial conscious process. It's an additional language by someone who has already learned a native language or multiple natives languages.I think children have an easier time learning a second language, but anyone can do it at any age. It takes a lot of practice!
Acquisition is used to refer to the gradual development of ability in  a language by using it naturally in communicative situations with others who know the language. The term learning , however, applies to a more conscious process of accumulating knowledge of the features , such as vocabulary and grammar f a language typically in an institutional setting.

Three important concepts:

-Communicative Approaches
-Motivation
-Learning
